These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services related to WhatsApp Cloud API automation and communication. By accessing or using 360X.in, you agree to be bound by these terms. 1. Eligibility You must be a registered business entity or an authorized representative to use our services. Individual use for non-commercial purposes is not supported. 2. Account Registration You must provide accurate business and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use of your account. 3. Use of Services You agree to: Use 360X.in solely for business-related communications. Comply with all applicable local laws, Meta's WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies, and data protection regulations. Obtain explicit opt-in consent before messaging users via WhatsApp. Use only approved templates and message formats. You may not: Send spam or unsolicited messages. Use our services for fraud, harassment, or illegal activities. Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform. 4. Pricing and Payments Subscriptions are billed in advance as per the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account. 5. Template and Messaging Policy All message templates must be pre-approved by Meta. You are responsible for the content you submit and broadcast. We may suspend messaging capabilities if your templates violate Meta’s policies. 6. Data Privacy We only collect and store business-relevant data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. All data is securely processed and used strictly for service delivery and analytics. We do not access, sell, or misuse your customer’s personal messages. 7. Service Availability While we aim to provide 99% uptime, services may be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, outages from Meta/WhatsApp, or force majeure events. We are not liable for losses resulting from such downtimes. 8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your account: For violations of these Terms Upon request from Meta or legal authorities Due to extended non-payment You may terminate your subscription anytime by writing to support@360x.in. No refunds will be provided upon voluntary cancellation. 9. Limitation of Liability 360X.in is not liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Loss of data or profits due to misuse of the service Third-party platform downtimes (Meta, WhatsApp) Use of our services is at your own risk. 10. Modifications We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after updates implies your acceptance of the revised terms. You are advised to review this page periodically. 11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. 12.
